RESEPI: GULAI LEMAK STAIL ORANG BANJAR

Assalammualaikum semua,

Aku nak share resepi lain pulak. Masak gulai lemak stail orang banjar. Owh yeee... Aku ade darah keturunan org banjar. Tapi tak reti ckp banjar apentah lagi nak memahami bahasa itu. Yang aku tau satu je perkataan ni: GURING. GURING IS TIDUR in bahasa malaysia. Hehehe...

Ok, malas nak ngomel panjang... Nah ini aku kasi resepi. Cuba korang try test. Kalo sedap habaq mai. Kalo tak sedap dok dediam je haaa... Hihihi!



Bahan-bahan:
  1. Ikan (masa la ni masak ikan baung liar. Giler sedapppp!)
  2. Cili kering  (ikut suka hati nak pedas sikit or pedas byk)
  3. Serai 3 btg
  4. Lengkuas 1 inci
  5. Bwg merah  4 ulas
  6. Bunga kantan 1 btg/belimbing buluh 12 biji/timun 1 biji
  7. Santan 1 kotak
  8. Asam keping 2 keping (kalo besar letak sekeping je)
  9. Air
  10. Garam secukup rasa

 Cara-cara masak:
  1. Cili kering potong2 kecil dulu. rendam dlm air panas kasi kembang. Cuci bersih2 buang biji.
  2. Lepas tu masukkan sekali cili kering,serai, lengkuas & bawang merah dlm blender.
  3. Blend sampai hancur halus.
  4. Lps dah blend, satukan semua bahan tadi dgn santan dan air dlm 3 cawan ke dlm periuk. Tunggu mendidih. Masukkan garam secukup rasa.
  5. Dah mendidih masukkan ikan, asam keping dan sayur  utk sesedap rasa.
  6. Sayur tambahan (pilihan): bunga kantan (belah 4) atau belimbing buluh atau timun. Ikut suka hati nak masak yg mana korang suka makan.
  7. Tunggu la segala dlm kuah tu masak. Sekejap je... Siappp!!!
